A little less busywork

Start with something
you do every week.

You know the task. Ekze helps you turn it into a process you can use again.

Catch up on your projects

Bring updates together and surface blockers without piecing the story together by hand.

“Summarize this week’s progress and flag anything that needs my attention.”

Prepare a recurring report

Turn the data from a connected tool into a consistent summary for your next check-in.

“Create a weekly report from my latest data and call out the key changes.”

Get a first draft ready

Turn notes and updates into a useful brief, with a review step before it goes any further.

“Draft an update from these notes, then wait for my approval.”

Example ideas. Available actions depend on the tools you connect.

From idea to repeatable work

Your words. Your tools. Your workflow.

  1. Describe what you need

Explain the task in plain language. Refine the proposed workflow with follow-up prompts.

  2. Connect, review, and test

Choose the tools it can use, inspect the steps, and test the draft before activating it.

  3. Run it when you need it

Start it yourself or set a recurring schedule. Open any run to see its results and step history.

Stay in the loop

Automation you can follow.

See each step’s inputs, outputs, and errors. Add approval steps where you want the workflow to pause for your decision. You choose what runs and when it needs you.

Before you get started

A few good questions.

Have another? Say hello.

Do I need to write code?

You start with a plain-language description. Ekze proposes the workflow, and you can refine it with follow-up prompts. You still review its steps and test it with suitable inputs before activating it.

Which tools can I connect?

Browse the app catalog inside Ekze to see available integrations. Connections use MCP, a standard for giving AI tools access to other services. Availability and sign-in support vary by integration; some require additional setup. You can disconnect a tool at any time.

Can a workflow take actions in my apps?

Yes, when the tools you connect support those actions. Review the proposed tool calls before activating your workflow, and include approval steps before actions you want to decide on yourself. You can inspect what happened in the run history.

Can I run the same workflow on a schedule?

Yes. Once your workflow is activated, you can run it on demand or set a daily, weekday, weekly, or monthly schedule in your timezone. You can pause the schedule and review the results of each run in Ekze.

Make room for what’s next
